  I saw Dr. Shen in Pleasanton and twice she wrote me only a 2 weeks worth prescription, knowing I wasn’t going to see her for 2.5 weeks. Ran out of my medication two different times. She also “booked” an appointment for me only to have not put me in the system. Never going back.
